Crab Theory

This 44-minute narrative film in ASL and English subtitles was written and directed by Willy Conley. Recently completed, it is now being submitted to independent film festivals. A Visual Meditation on Natural Gestures 2

Following up on Willy Conley's award-winning short film, A Visual Meditation on Natural Gestures, this sequel tracks the wanderlust of a lone Deaf woman who discovers gestures originating from unique locations around the United States. She displays these universal gestures in an easy-to-understand manner that draws out a physical manifestation of each site that she visits.

Worldeaf Cinema Festival Welcome Film

This short film was written and directed by Gallaudet University professor emeritus, Willy Conley, to welcome Deaf filmmakers from around the globe for Gallaudet University's WORLDEAF Cinema Festival 2010. It was edited by filmmaker Gary Brooks with Brian Suchite as the cinematographer. This also featured a young Deaf actress named Sasha Tansky. The film may be viewed at this link:
