My ten-minute play, Naturalization, was selected to be a part of the Deaf Creators Play Festival produced by NTID Performing Arts on the campus of R.I.T., my alma mater. The purpose of the festival was to support and promote the work of Deaf playwrights. Although it ran from April 19-21, 2024, I was, unfortunately, not able to attend because of the conflict with attending the Saul Zaentz Innovation Fund screenwriting intensive at Johns Hopkins University that same weekend. All was not lost because my son, who's an RIT student, got to see the play with his girlfriend, and much to my relief gave it a thumbs-up!
