What in Thunderation? Publication of 4 Photos and an Essay!

I am incredibly pleased that four photographs (2 shown above) and a short biomedical photo essay were published in the winter 2026 issue of Blood and Thunder – Musings on the Art of Medicine (pgs: 11, 12, 13). I love what this magazine is all about -- a medically themed arts journal published by the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Every year, hundreds of submissions are reviewed by a team of medical students with the goal to enhance the education of healthcare professionals through artistic expression. It is their hope that reading and viewing the works in this journal will help make their faculty and learners become better caregivers.
